1. Recognize the anger and unforgiveness that leads to a root of bitterness. 
2. Repent of the anger, the irritability, the harshness.
3. Ask for forgiveness by the blood of Jesus.
4. Forgive those who have sinned against you.
5. Uproot the root of bitterness in Jesus Name.
6. Ask for God’s heart toward those who have sinned against you – a heart of forgiveness, pity and compassion.
7. Thank God for His Fatherly love for you.
