Several families gathered in September 2007. A few years later, we launched officially and had our inaugural service on November 11, 2012. Hill Community Church was birthed.

The Hill is a Christ-following, Christ-exalting Christian church. We like to describe ourselves as Conservative Charismatics. This means we are a Bible-believing church who upholds the authority of Scripture. At the same time, we realize our limitation and our need for help from our Helper, the Holy Spirit.

It is our desire to walk the middle road and bridge the gap between our Reformed and Charismatic brethren.

In addition to being a Southern Baptist Church church plant within the SendLA network (under the North American Mission Board), Hill Community Church is also a member of the Los Angeles chapter of the Gospel Coalition.
